Message	that area around the library, I can't see how anyone making a left turn on to Janss from that lot near the soccer fields can not be at fault. I would think you would have the right of way regardless of what lane you were in, and that the BMW would have to yield till you passed. What your speed was should be irrelevant. 45 is hardly fast for that section of road. Insurance companies are always looking for some type of angle in order to not pay. Also, why hasn't the police ruled on who is at fault? He heard both sides right after the accident. I would think fault could be determined by that. A complete repaint is the way to go...panel repairs would end up not matching over time.
